Shamans at Work

In Central America, shamanic wisdom and arts are endangered yet alive. A Maya shaman is the "Keeper of Time" because, for the Maya, time entities determine life on Earth. As an anthropologist, I have experienced Maya shamanism and ultimately became initiated as "Keeper of Time".
